I work remotely doing digital marketing and only use the office occasionally for conference calls. I’ll be traveling most of the summer and only stop in a couple times a month, so you’ll have the place mostly to yourself.
Current setup includes a desk, a couple chairs, mini fridge, and a few boxes of office supplies. I can clear out more items if you prefer an emptier space.
Important notes:
The office is up one flight of stairs (no elevator) and has no dedicated parking. Street parking or nearby public lots are available.
Not ideal for meeting clients regularly.
Absolutely no sleeping overnight and no high-traffic businesses.
Rent share is $600 per month. Open to you taking over the full lease ($1200 a month) for the remaining 5 months (if the property manager approves).
