The space is roughly 80 square feet, FURNISHED with a nice desk and office chair. Space would be suitable for a bookkeeper, accountant, tax preparer, notary, or other small professional endeavor. The last 2 photos are the available space. Boxes will be gone of course and other items belonging to current renter.
This office is private in the back of the main office suite and is accessed via a small hallway. There is not a physical door to the office space although it is still semi-private. The overall space is only used a few hours weekly, so you will be alone most of the time.
The main office suite has a bathroom and small lobby area. You are responsible for your internet/telephone. If you pay for internet and give me access, I’ll discount the rent by $25.00.
Currently I use a mobile HOTSPOT. Electric & water are included in rent amount. Available August 1st.
