Hi! My client is looking to share office space. He is a handyman and uses the attached shop space for machines, tools and take-home projects. He has lots of office space he would like to rent that he isn't using. You'd have 2-3 parking spaces right in front of the suite. Entry office is 140sqft, private office is 128sqft and other area shaped like an "L" is about 395sqft. Office is located in Anaheim on Miraloma. He is flexible on the price.

In the office, all he really needs is a desk space to write quotes & bids. And you'd share the bathroom with him. If you need some extra storage and a quiet place to work, this is for you!

Right now his brother is using it as a music storage. Anything pictured can be moved out of your way! DM me for details.
