We’re looking for an organized, proactive Project Coordinator able to multitask to keep our projects moving between the office and our production teams. If you enjoy coordinating multiple moving pieces, solving problems, and being the person everyone relies on to keep things on track, you’ll fit right in.
When an apartment community floods at 2:00 a.m. or a commercial building suffers fire damage, we’re the team that responds. We dry it out, stabilize the property, and rebuild it. Because we perform much of the work with our own crews instead of subcontracting everything, we move faster and maintain better quality than many of our competitors.
What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers and Estimators with job setup, documentation, estimating support, and project administration
- Answer calls and emails from property managers, owners, and clients with timely, accurate updates
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, permits, and approvals to keep projects moving without delays
- Maintain organized job files, contracts, compliance documents, and project records
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding items before they become problems
- Help ensure projects stay organized from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, confident phone presence
- Detail-oriented with solid spreadsheet and computer skills
- Able to learn new software and processes quickly
- Construction, restoration, or property management experience is a plus—but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.
Why You’ll Want to Work Here
- Fast-growing company with real opportunities for advancement
- Small, team-oriented environment
- Work directly with experienced Project Managers and Estimators
- Learn every aspect of commercial restoration and construction
- Be part of a company that embraces technology and continually improves how we work
Position Details

- In-office position in Garden Grove
- Pay: $22-28 per hour, depending on experience
