***Job description***
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to assist with a variety of office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone entering the workforce who is eager to learn, grow, and take on different responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
***Schedule***
Approximately 20 hours per week (could be more after the training period, possibly 40 hours)
Monday – Thursday
Flexible 4-hour shifts starting at 11:00 AM (e.g., 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
***Responsibilities*** include but are not limited to:
1) Package and prepare product and kit orders
2) Get products ready for sale
3) Call customers to gather feedback
4) Enter notes and updates into the system
5) Assist with general office tasks as needed
***Qualifications***
1) Must live near Santa Ana, CA (cross streets: Tustin & 4th)
2) Ability to follow instructions and take direction
3) Comfortable handling a variety of tasks that may change daily
4) Flexible schedule with availability to work additional hours if needed
5) Quick learner with a positive attitude
