Seeking an Office Assistant as the liaison to the Community Manager, but will also interact with homeowners, vendors, property management and ownership. Potential to grow into an Assistant Manager. Location is in Tustin, California.

In no particular order, duties for the office assistant include but are not limited to:
• The ability to work independently and as a team.
• Field and respond promptly to homeowner inquiries via phone, e-mail, and in person.
• Assist in preparing update management reports and compiling documents and copies for leasing/rental packets.
• Maintain property, resident and vendor files.
• Assist Community Manager with performing on-site community inspections, requests for proposals, repair quotes.
• Other duties as assigned such as assistance in rule enforcement, community events, utility meter reads, office inventory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
• Professional customer service and communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, time management skills.
Schedule will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, pay depending on experience and skill set but can range from $18-22/hr. Vacation and sick pay, numerous federal holidays, share of cost health insurance.
