About the Role:
We’re seeking a friendly, motivated Entry-Level Leasing Agent to join our leasing team at a multi-family apartment community in Tustin. Leasing experience is preferred, but not required — we will train the right person. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing great customer service, and want to grow in property management, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Welcome prospective residents and provide property tours
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
Assist applicants with rental applications and documentation
Follow up with leads and maintain strong resident communication
Support move-ins, move-outs, and resident relations
Perform office tasks including filing, organizing, and data entry
Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment
Requirements:
Leasing experience preferred (but not required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual for an 8–5 schedule
