Overview
We are hiring a Property Manager to help oversee office, residential, and camp/retreat properties. This is a hybrid position: most work is remote, but 1 day per week in the office is required. Flexible hours are necessary, as customer and tenant needs can come up at all hours.
Responsibilities
Manage leases, invoices, and payments using DoorLoop (training provided)
Respond quickly to tenant, office, and camp customer inquiries
Show properties and assist with move-ins/move-outs
Schedule and coordinate contractors and vendors
Conduct property walk-throughs and inspections
Provide ownership with regular updates and reports
Qualifications
No prior experience required — we are looking for someone smart, reliable, and eager to learn
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using software and willing to learn DoorLoop
Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Must provide a photo CV with application
Reliable transportation for occasional site visits
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20–28/hr depending on skills and ability
Hybrid role: remote + 1 day in office weekly
Flexible schedule — ability to respond to customers outside standard hours
