Growing commercial construction company seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support the owner and project team.
This position is primarily remote/hybrid with occasional visits to job sites and client meetings.
Responsibilities:
Manage Excel spreadsheets and project logs
Follow up with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Assist with scheduling, project documentation, and general office support
Track project progress and maintain organized records
Requirements:
Proficient in Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Great opportunity for a recent graduate, college student, or anyone interested in a career in construction and project management. Construction experience is a plus but not required.
