The Reception Administrator is the first point of contact for clients and staff. Ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and eager to grow in a fast-paced professional environment.
π DUTIES INCLUDE:
Answering and routing incoming calls
Greeting clients and employees as they arrive
Data entry & data aggregation
Maintaining spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
Light administrative and clerical tasks
Supporting operations and case intake
Helping maintain an organized front office

Strong communication skills
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Experience with spreadsheets (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
