Location: In-Office (1–2 days per week)
Schedule: Part-Time, Flexible can work from home most days
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour + tips (tips only on event days) also availability for server and event helper roles starting at $20.00 + tips.
Responsibilities include:
Right hand to our founder.
• Greeting clients and managing appointments 🗓️
• Handling phone calls, emails, and basic client follow-ups ☎️
• Organizing files, documents, and supplies, making coffee, water station, keep office clean📁
• Data entry and updating client records 💻
• Assisting with scheduling meetings and event coordination 🗂️
• Supporting our agents with paperwork and onboarding 📑
• Light social media, content, event capture, or marketing support (posting or printing flyers) 📣
Part-Time Office & Event Assistant (Hospitality + Canva Required)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and service-driven Part-Time Office & Event Assistant with a strong hospitality background and excellent Canva skills. This role is ideal for someone who loves client service, visual presentation, and supporting both office operations and live events.
You will help create menus, detailed shopping lists, Canva designs, and assist with in-person events to ensure our client and team experiences are seamless and elevated.
Ideal Candidate
• Hospitality, restaurant, bar, or event background required
• Highly skilled in Canva (menus, layouts, checklists, simple graphics)
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Fast-moving, proactive, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently and following direction
• Enjoys both office work and hands-on event support
