Administrative assistant
The administrative assistant is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks that support accounting and payroll. The administrative assistant will work closely with all Optimum accounting and payroll employees

$15 per hour

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
▪ Payroll packaging
▪ Payroll sweeps
▪ New hire reporting
▪ New hire downloads
▪ Sexual harassment training tracking
▪ COBRA/TASC notices
▪ Termination report
▪ New hire entry
▪ Data entry
▪ Filing/Scanning

▪ Employee is regularly required to remain seated in a normal position for long periods of time
▪ Occasionally required to stand for long periods of time

▪ Occasionally required to reach up and out with hands and arms
