We are a small, family-owned general contractor in Placentia, CA. We are seeking a full-time, long term, detail-oriented and versatile administrative assistant/front office to join our team!
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Provide administrative support to staff, including:
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Support our production staff with day-to-day coordination and administrative assistance.
• Enter and update project data in our internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collect job-related information, organize documentation, and keep everything on track.
• Maintain clear, professional notes on all customer communications.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Accurate data entry and maintenance records using Quickbooks (Desktop), will train
• Perform general clerical duties and assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Follow through is imperative
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
• Positive attitude, working independently and with a team environment
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and new tasks quickly
This is a full time, in office position. Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm approx
Pay: $23+ per hour depending on experience
