Bobby Grich Auto Repair – Orange, CA
Bobby Grich Auto Repair is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced Service Advisor to join our City of Orange location.
This is not a dead-end advisor position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, make great money, and be part of a fast-growing auto repair company with multiple locations and more expansion ahead.
Our Service Advisors average around $100,000 per year with strong performance, and top performers have the opportunity to earn more.
What we’re looking for:
We want someone who can take care of customers, sell needed repairs with confidence, communicate clearly with technicians, and help keep the shop moving. You should be comfortable handling estimates, inspections, follow-ups, approvals, scheduling, and customer relationships from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
* Writing and selling repair orders in Tekmetric
* Building estimates and presenting digital vehicle inspection findings
* Presenting technician recommendations clearly and professionally
* Selling needed repairs and maintenance ethically
* Following up on declined work and recommended services
* Coordinating with technicians and management throughout the day
* Maintaining strong customer satisfaction and retention
* Helping drive shop sales, car count, and average repair order
Ideal candidate has:
* Previous service advisor experience
* Experience with Tekmetric required or strongly preferred
* Strong sales and communication skills
* Solid automotive knowledge
* Ability to multitask in a busy shop
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Confidence on the phone and in person
* Ability to follow systems and processes
