An investment management firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. The hours are 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Thursday and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing conference room scheduling
Support daily office needs, including managing lunch deliveries, preparing coffee, and maintaining reception/common areas
Provide administrative support to executives including scheduling, catering coordination, and expense reporting
Assist HR with employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and intranet updates
Partner with Marketing and Client Service teams on conference support, events, bulk mailings, and shareholder inquiries
Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a welcoming environment for employees and guests
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
0-2+ years of corporate experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva experience a plus
Professional, mature, and positive demeanor with strong communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to support multiple teams
