Personal/Administrative needed for a busy family in Villa Park, CA.
Full-time role: 40-60 hours per week (must be available weekends)
This is a very self-motivated, cross functional role that will require you to wear many hats as you provide top personal/administrative support.
Duties may include but not limited to:
Personal errands, research and shopping
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and calendars
Act as administrative liaison between family and employees, clients, and/or vendors.
File management: document scanning and filing both electronically and paper files
Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
Manage, maintain and organize home/office (pet friendly atmosphere)
Manage event planning
Travel; including drop of hat travel, and travel on holidays
Personal Flexibility for on- call and overtime
Manage financial transactions including cash, credit, banking
2+ years’ experience in an executive /personal assistant or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities and requests promptly and effectively
Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and deliver an excellent work product
Able to take initiative and work independently
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized and a positive thinker, thirsty to learn and open to an ever-changing role with potential to grow within the company
Experience or ability to quickly learn various software programs such as google docs, word,
excel, dropbox, etc.
Proficiency in using the internet to quickly research and gather information
Clean Driving record
