We are looking for a strong customer service employee.
Quick Book knowledgeable but not required.
Strong typing skills.
Assist customer’s on phone calling for order status.
Will be writing up customer’s orders and notifying them of updated due dates, etc..
Some UPS shipping knowledge.
Must be a self -motivator and can look “outside the box” to alleviate any issues.
Knowledge in the metal finishing field would be helpful.
Bilingual spanish a plus.
The position is M-F 8:00-4:30
Pay determined on experience. They will be trained for the position as this we understand we are in an odd field.
