Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and supporting ongoing customer satisfaction and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Provide quotes and assist customers with order processing
Respond to customer emails and calls with urgency
Process orders and quotations with follow-ups as needed
Conduct monthly courtesy calls and customer outreach
Handle online orders across platforms (Partstrader, CCC, Opstrax, EDI, Email, Fax, Online Portal)
Maintain customer database and records
Collaborate with sales and internal teams
Assist walk-in customers with orders and payments
Resolve customer issues professionally
Manage orders, transfers, RMAs, and deliveries
Meet daily performance goals:
~80 calls/day
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Support other branches as needed
Assist in training new hires (when requested)
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Previous sales or call center experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, writing, and typing skills
