Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, efficient, and dependable Chiropractic Front Office Receptionist who is proficient in ChiroTouch practice management software (required) and ready to step into a busy, fast-paced environment.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can quickly integrate into our workflow and manage front office operations with confidence.
Front Desk Operations
Greet and check in patients professionally
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain accurate patient records in ChiroTouch
Collect co-pays and process payments
Answer multi-line phones with professionalism
Ensure smooth daily patient flow
Workers’ Compensation & Personal Injury Coordination
Verify Workers’ Comp claims (carrier, claim number, DOI)
Communicate with adjusters and attorneys
Track treatment authorizations
Monitor visit counts and approvals
Manage lien documentation
Upload/send PR-2s, RFAs, and reports (if experienced)
Insurance & Billing Support
Insurance verification and eligibility checks
Review EOBs
Post charges and payments accurately in ChiroTouch
Communicate balances clearly with patients
Support billing department as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a chiropractic or medical office Strong working knowledge of ChiroTouch practice management software (required)
Experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury cases preferred
Understanding of EOBs and insurance terminology
Strong computer proficiency Bilingual Spanish (required)
Professional communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Positive, team-focused attitude
Compensation
Competitive salary offered depending on experience (DOE):
$26 – $29/hour for strong ChiroTouch software experience (required), front office management with insurance knowledge, Workers’ Comp + PI case management experience.
Opportunity for long-term growth within a stable, respected practice.
Full or Part-time considered DOE.
