Im currently looking to hire a personal assistant to help me with day to day tasks. I currently operate a mortgage business in Newport Beach and im going to start aggressively hiring sales staff as we sign a new office lease. Tasks that I will need help with are
1) Updating our website
2) daily errands including personal shopping, fedex, etc
3) Putting together welcome packets for new hires. These packaets should include information about the company, investors we have, programs we offer, etc.
4) Handle loan/real estate related work
5) Assist with social media
The position is part time to start, however can be full time almost immediately. The hours are from 8:30M-1PM (this can be negotiated at time of interview)
The pay is $22/hour plus monthly bonuses. Bonuses based on employee performance as well as company production.
What im looking for is someone super laid back, fun, energetic and is interested in learning this business. Someone that will to go above and beyond and get things done without having to be asked. The office vibe is definitely not corporate so if music, jokes and things of that nature bother you then this probably wont be the position for you.
