Encore Nationwide is looking for Admin help in the office for the next several months through the summer and fall/winter seasons. Based on our client’s needs and your availability, there may be an opportunity for this to turn into a full time position.
For the position, you will be helping out with everything from booking talent on events throughout the country to general admin. work in the office.
You must be VERY computer savvy and very knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (if you do not know how to use Excel, please do not apply for the position). Experience working on Google docs and Power Point a plus. You must be able to work within a team environment and be comfortable on the phone and email communicating with our clients and staff.
To start, you will/must work in our Hermosa Beach office for the first 30 days and then transition to our Newport Beach office starting on 8/1/19.
Work Schedule: 8:30am – 5pm / Monday – Friday
Pay: $18/hour paid as W2 every 2 weeks via direct deposit.
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Well organized with multi-tasking abilities
Must be VERY knowledgeable with Word, Excel, Outlook, Google docs, Power Point, and Internet
Previous office experience preferred
Must be resourceful and be willing to take initiative
Must be available for all required hours.
Must have reliable transportation.
