We are looking for a front office support/receptionist to handle the clerical functions of the office. Hours and days will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00. The selected individual, who demonstrates their work ethics and skills, will have the opportunity to be promoted to office supervisor or other position within 1 - 2 years.

Responsibilities/Qualifications include: answering phones, assisting clients and customers, operating office machines, and maintaining office environment. Additional responsibilities include providing marketing support, i.e., maintaining info database, creating flyers and other promotional materials, e-blast mailings. A minimum of one year experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preference will be given to someone with Photoshop or any other publishing software experience.

Requirements: high school diploma, 1 - 2 years in an office environment, dependable and reliable (solid attendance), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
