COMPANY: Regional Sales Office for Midland National Life Insurance Company. We support, train, recruit and partner with independent insurance & financial professionals to help them do the best for their clients & grow their business.
ROLE: A little of everything- administrative meets sales support, event planning, managing marketing system, calling on our agents and leads, setting seminar attendees, liaison between our agents and home office staff, learning our business and helping us recruit and retain agent relationships, responding to multiple requests for help, administrative support.
CANDIDATE: Smart, great with people, hard working, persuasive, self motivated, organized, able to learn quickly and teach others, excellent communication skills both written and over the phone, computer savvy with Word, Outlook, etc. Wants to be a part of something and grow. Maybe a stay at home Parent returning to work, or newer college grad looking to grow.
30 hrs/wk-full time
LOCATION: South Irvine- 5fwy & Lake Forest
WAGE: Depends on Candidate experience and skills.
