Seeking a talented individual for the Director Of First First Impressions position at our Keller Williams Mission Viejo office.
Individual must be outgoing, friendly and growth-minded. Must possess superb social and written communication skills.
Job duties include:
*Greeting agents and clients
*Distributing mail/Mailing documents
*Inputting data into excel
*Answering phone calls
*Scheduling agents for conference rooms
*Setting up for weekly Sales Meetings and monthly ALC meetings
*Creating informational bulletin boards
*Electronically signing documents
*Emailing agents about various trainings and reminders
*Assisting the Director of Agent Services and Office Manager
*Opening the office at 8:30 am and closing at 5:30 pm
*Replenishing office supplies
***Must Be experienced with Word, Publisher and Excel. ***
