Prestigious, California state award winning, upscale landscape design firm is seeking an experienced, articulate and detailed oriented assistant to manage the firm’s financial record keeping, communication with customers and scheduling needs
• Report to firm’s owner
• He/she must be highly motivated , independent problem solver and service-focused individual
• This position provides an excellent opportunity to quickly gain broad experience in an incredibly fast paced and creative environment
• Job responsibilities
o Make bank deposits and receipt of monies
o Conduct ordering of material and invoice activities
o Prepare company’s weekly schedule for clients, appointments and employees
o Communicate (both in verbal and written form) with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts
o Assist with quotes, sales and inventory maintenance
Requirements
• Three to five years experience in accounting with expert knowledge in Quick Books software
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (especial excel)
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment
• Someone who is hands on with excellent communication skills
• Energetic, self-motivated and responsible individual who is highly organized, passionate about the work and handles all matters proactively and independently
