Looking for a dependable receptionist/calendaring clerk for law firm to manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive; answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; calendaring for office; ordering supplies and keeping inventory; filing; photocopying and scanning documents/mail; assist legal assistants and office manager, etc.
- Prior reception/phone work a plus; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers); dependable; professional attitude and appearance; excellent verbal communication skills.
