We are a rapidly growing, regional and national award winning professional services firm in its 9th year in operation.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to support our Recruiting Team. The position hours will range from 20 to 25 hours per week (depending on weekly business needs) in our Irvine office located near the John Wayne Airport.
Please do not apply if you do not have a least 2 years of Administrative experience in an office environment.
Resume sourcing (will be trained)
Resume screening (will be trained)
Answering/Making phone calls
Provide administrative support and coordination to the Senior Partner (about 10-15 hours per week)
Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Exel and Word. Must type at least 50 wpm. Can work independently, detail-oriented, self-motivated and pro-active. Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and/or confidential information. Ability to react with appropriate level of urgency to situations and events that require quick response. Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and have excellent communications skills and a solid phone presence. Must also have a professional demeanor.
