Self-starter with prior experience in office/production environment.
good experience with MS Office products and good computer use.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software systems.
Assist the manager for job processing, better organization, planning, execution and related.
Meeting notes and scheduling proper follow up
Answer customer calls and making sure to customers needs are followed up.
Some business experience/business common sense is a plus.
Marketing experience is a plus.
Familiar with Adobe software is a plus.
Familiarity with Quick Books online is a plus.
Customer service background and resourcefulness.
