You'll work directly with our production, operations, and management teams to help ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

About the Position
- Coordinate project schedules and appointments
- Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with permits, project documentation, and job files
- Support project managers and production staff
- Track project milestones and updates
- Maintain accurate records and office organization
- Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks
- Help create a smooth customer experience throughout each project
We're Looking For:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems)
- Reliable and dependable
Construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but NOT required.
