SunTrust Remodeling is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Production Coordinator to support our growing Production Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative, office support, customer service, scheduling, project coordination, or construction office experience who wants to build a long-term career within the home improvement and remodeling industry.
No extensive construction management experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

🎯 About the Position
This role combines administrative support, office coordination, customer service, scheduling, and project support responsibilities.
You will work closely with our Production Team, installers, project managers, and homeowners to help ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing details, communicating with people, and supporting multiple projects at once.
📋 Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and office support to the Production Department
• Assist with scheduling appointments, installations, and project timelines
• Maintain and organize project files, paperwork, permits, contracts, and job documentation
• Communicate with homeowners regarding project updates and scheduling
• Coordinate with installers, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Track project progress and assist with production reporting
• Help manage change orders, completion documents, and project records
• Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries
• Support project managers and production leadership with daily administrative tasks
• Ensure project information is accurate and up to date
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication
✅ Qualifications
• Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Customer Service, Receptionist, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Construction Office, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and data entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior construction, remodeling, home improvement, real estate, property management, or project coordination experience is a plus but not required
