We are looking for 2 long term (at least 1 year) Office Administrative Assistants to join our team at Ticket Shine by early October!
In this role, team members will be trained on skills to quickly navigate multiple website interfaces to help purchase the highest quality and most demanded tickets the market has to offer. Team members in this role will also help other departments with various operational tasks outside of their main role of purchasing tickets.
Operational tasks such as inventory checks, listing tickets on the company POS, pricing tickets, etc.
Fulfilling sales, both physical and electronic inventory
Other miscellaneous office and administrative tasks
Excellent typing skills - minimum of 50 words per minute
"Morning Person" - Your workday starts at 6:15 AM
Must be available for at least 3 morning shifts minimum Monday - Friday from 6:15 AM - 11:15 AM (Additional flexibility to work up to an 8 hour shift on any weekday is a plus!)
Part-time, minimum of 15-21 hours per week
Shifts are generally either 5 or 8 hours long and start at 6:15 AM. Some flexibility regarding shift scheduling may be available but you must be able to work at least 3 days from 6:15 AM – 11:15 AM on weekdays.
Additional shifts will be offered based on availability and will sometimes be required.
