We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage all foreclosure files, oversee file flow, and ensure timely updates and communication across departments and clients.
This role is the backbone of our operation — perfect for someone who takes pride in structure, accountability, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all foreclosure and distressed asset files from intake to resolution
Track file progress and ensure timely communication and updates to all stakeholders
Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, investors, and internal team members
Handle payment tracking, collection, and reporting
Maintain and improve client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
Streamline workflow processes for efficiency and compliance
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing foreclosure, REO, or distressed asset files (required)
Strong background in organization, payment collection, and client retention
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency with office software and database management
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
