We are a logistics company located in Huntington Beach, CA. We are seeking a bright, motivated, dependable, hard working individual to fill our data entry position.

Responsibilities:
•Data Entry
•Moderate Phones
•Filing and general office duties
•Request and Send certificates of insurance
•Updating Customer accounts
•Sending confirmation emails
•Entering carrier packets

Requirements:
•Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word
•Positive attitude
•Dependable
•Organized and detail oriented
•Ability to multi-task
•Minimum 45 wpm

Full-time

Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
