• National Roof Services Company seeks experienced account manager to grow and build major account relationship for our West Coast operations.

In business since 1998, Roof Rx® provides a full range of roofing services to homeowners, property management companies, commercial property owners, homeowner associations (HOAs), and real estate professionals. These services include roof inspection reports, roof certifications, our signature Total Roof Warranty product and residential/commercial roof repair.
Your duties & responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
• Acquiring key understanding of customer needs
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through partner sales channel
• Schedule appointments with homeowners who have purchased warranty and manage opportunity pipeline
• Manage account and customer escalations in a professional and expedient manner
• Report weekly & monthly performance metrics as outlined by management
• Work with other departments within organization to ensure best in class service
• Responsible building relationships of key accounts
• Prepare for and attend weekly conference call with key stakeholders of major account
Qualities you should have:
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to customers, co-workers and management
• Ability to multi-task, manage tasks and prioritize day
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be self-motivated
• Proficient in Outlook, Salesforce CRM or other similar CRM platforms
• Type minimum 40 WPM
We are seeking a rockstar! The right individual will be looking for an awesome opportunity to grow their career. This position requires a minimum of one Saturday shift per month. Typical work week once out of training is 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F.
College degree preferred.
