Part Time Administrative Assistant
M-F 10am-2pm (In Person)
Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, well-organized individual to join our team part time.
Duties Include:
• Answering Phones.
• Process vendor invoices.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing & payments.
• Prepare and send customer invoices. Follow up on outstanding balances.
• Light Filing.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills – must be comfortable speaking on the phone and writing professional emails.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude – you’ll be working in a small, collaborative environment.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively.
