The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of human resource, administrative, and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the restaurants within the organization.

-Assist with Hiring Documentation and required follow-up with new employees
-Answer, Screen and Transfer Inbound Phone Calls
-Receive and Direct Visitors, Clients, and Employees
-Prepare executive meetings including but not limited to printing out documents, setting up equipments, preparing food and beverage.
-Planning and scheduling office meetings and events.
-General Clerical Duties including Photocopying, Scanning, Faxing and Mailing
-Maintain Electronic and Hard Copy Filing System
-Retrieve Documents from Filing System Prepare and Modify Documents Including Correspondence, Reports, Drafts, Memos and Emails
-Assist Executive Assistant and other staff members as needed
-Sort and Distribute Incoming Correspondence
-Process and calculate Timesheet.
-Screen applicants for a range of hospitality positions and coordinate interviews
-Maintain Office Supplies
-Ensure office equipment is well maintained
-Manage office inventory and stock supplies.

-Computer Skills and Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Word Required
-Knowledge of Clerical and Administrative Procedures and Systems such as Filing and Record Keeping
-Knowledge of Restaurant Operations
-Fluency in English

-Problem Assessment and Problem Solving
-Information Gathering and Information Monitoring
-Attention to Detail and Accuracy
-Customer Service Orientation

-Flexible, team player
-Open to fast paced work style and results driven atmosphere
-Ability to work well cross functionally
-Ability to multi-task, plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position Type: Full-Time/ Monday-Friday/ 9am-5pm
Salary: $15-$20/hour
Experience: Minimum of 1 year human resource/office admin experience
