Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our apartment property management office in Cypress. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Assist with tenant communications and basic customer service
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Support property management staff with administrative tasks
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
Prepare basic reports, notices, and correspondence
Perform general office duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning
Qualifications
Prior administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
