Olmsted & Associates has been serving clients in Orange County and surrounding areas for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering multiline phone system.
• Greeting clients and visitors
• Managing and scheduling appointments for clients, staff, and Partners.
• Performing miscellaneous clerical and administrative task.
The Ideal candidate can:
• Interact and communicate clearly with partners, managers, staff, clients and vendors.
• Handle multiple assignments while still maintaining composure, and has the ability to prioritize.
• Demonstrate discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, positive attitude and exceptional maturity.
• Understand the importance of a strong work ethic.
• Proficiently preform tasks with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook software.
