Looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team.
Duties include:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Greet customers and visitors professionally
Data entry, invoicing, processing credit card payments and filing
Will assist with general office tasks as needed to help keep the office running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Prior receptionist or clerical experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills (bilingual a plus)
Basic computer skills (email, word, excel)
Organized and dependable with a professional attitude
We are a family-owned business that has been in the community for more than 65 years.
We offer a stable Monday-Friday schedule, friendly office environment, room for growth and opportunities for long-term, full-time position.
This position is best for someone looking for a long-term office position in a small, friendly workplace.
Part time. 4-6 hours per day, Monday-Friday. Business hours are 6:00am-3:30pm.
