We have an immediate position for a Data Entry/Customer Service Rep to provide support to the Sales Department with order entries, follow up with status of orders, and contact customers for update of status or gather additional information. Other duties will include updating and creating reports on Excel and working as the liaison with Sales Reps and Customers.

Heavy Data Entry
Computer Savvy, MS Office proficiency
Checking Orders for accuracy and ETA
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
2+ years of progressive Data Entry and Customer Service Skills
Strong organization, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, high attention to detail
Intermediate to Advanced skills on MS Excel
8:30am to 5:30pm
