We are seeking a dual-threat professional to join our team. You will be responsible for performing accurate construction take-offs (quantifying materials from blueprints) and maintaining the integrity of our project data through rigorous Quality Control (QC) data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control Data Entry:
Input project specifications and material data into our internal ERP/Management systems.
Audit existing data entries against project contracts to identify and correct discrepancies.
Ensure all technical documentation meets company standards before moving to the production or installation phase.
Collaboration:
Communicate with Sales and Installation teams to clarify plan ambiguities.
Qualifications
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies on a 50-page set of plans.
Data Integrity: A proven track record of high-volume, zero-error data entry.
