We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a busy office in Anaheim, CA for approximately one month. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience or bridge a gap with short-term work.
This is an entry-level role β prior administrative experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
π Job Duties May Include:
Filing and organizing paperwork (physical & digital)
Making outbound calls to accounts for basic follow-ups
Answering and directing phone calls
Data entry and updating records
Assisting with general clerical tasks
Supporting office staff with day-to-day administrative needs
Light email correspondence
Scanning, copying, and document preparation

Reliable and punctual
Comfortable making phone calls
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, filing)
Organized and detail-oriented
Professional phone and office demeanor
Able to commit to the full one-month assignment

$18.75 per hour
