Groomers Friend is a growing sharpening service and grooming supply company in Orange, CA. We serve dog groomers, mobile groomers, grooming shops, and veterinarians throughout Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire.
We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized full-time team member to help with customer service, order processing, scheduling, payment follow-up, and general office/shop support.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, helping a small business run smoothly, and being part of a growing company.
Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
Location: Orange, CA near Batavia/Katella
No nights or weekends
**Main Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls, texts, and customer messages
- Help customers place orders for grooming supplies and sharpening services
- Schedule pickups, drop-offs, and delivery routes
- Follow up on customer orders, invoices, and payments
- Pull, pack, label, and organize customer orders
- Keep customer notes updated in our system
- Help keep the shop, office, and inventory organized
- Contact current and potential customers to follow up on services and products
- Assist with general day-to-day tasks in a small business

- Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a computer, email, texting, and basic software
- Able to follow through on tasks without constant reminders
- Willing to learn systems like QuickBooks and GoHighLevel
- Comfortable helping in both office and light warehouse/order tasks
- Positive, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed
Experience in customer service, office admin, retail, pet grooming, beauty, or service businesses is helpful, but not required.
