-- Vigorously and diligently work to recruit Greenpeace members to fundraise a minimum standard of monthly pledges
-- Attend weekly skills trainings and role-play sessions
-- Work independently and as part of a team
-- Listen to and incorporate advice for your performance by the leadership team
-- Provide a positive experience for new and existing members
-- Develop a detailed understanding of the environmental issues on which Greenpeace campaigns
-- Visit 100-115-130 houses while engaging in door to door campaigning and canvassing
-- Interact with 24-40 individuals while engaging in street campaigning and canvassing
-- Utilize a tablet device for locations, campaign material, and membership contribution information
-- A positive attitude
-- A passion for environmental and social justice
-- Effective and clear communication and listening skills
-- Tenacity and resilience
-- An ability to receive and implement feedback from leadership
-- An ability to work outside, standing/walking for long periods of time
-- A demonstrated respect of and to all personal identities
-- A work ethic based on integrity and honesty
-- A commitment to non-violence as a means of affecting change
-- Paid on the job training
-- Leadership development and career advancement
-- Base wage of $15 per hour, plus weekly performance bonus
