2016 Eastman parlor guitar in good used condition. Kept in the case most of it's life. Great guitar. Adirondack spruce top, figured mahogany back and sides. Mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard. Has some finish checking on the back at the seam, and some on top, not really noticeable on the top. Asking 850 obo. Thank you
