Essentially like-new except for some easy to miss scuffs which you can see in picture 5. Guitar was kept in my humidity and temperature controlled studio.

Got a great price on this from a music store that was going out of business and am passing those savings on. Was after the Big Thief/Adrianne Lenker sound but this didn't quite get me there. Also learned that I much prefer mahogany.
