Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass in immaculate condition. MIM from 2003 this bass is incredibly versatile with a three band EQ and “Noiseless” pickups.
From the Fender website:

Produced from 1997-2004, the Deluxe Active Jazz Bass® featured an active 9V preamp system with pan pot, master volume, and 3-band EQ combined with U.S. made single-coil, noiseless pickups, a modern "C' neck profile with 20 medium jumbo frets, vintage-style bridge, and open-gear tuning machines.
