This is a Pelican 1470 Brief Case. Great for carrying a laptop computer or musical instrument accessories. One latch is broken. But you can buy a brand new pair of latches with keys for $29 on eBay. It works fine with just the one latch. So you don’t really have to replace it with new latches if you do not want to. This case is about $175 new. Selling for $40 as is.
