I bought this last year with the intention to get into NAM profiling. I liked the idea of Kemper but never bought one, then ToneX came about but I don't care for IK's products. Then NAM appeared and seemed to be the best out there for profiling. The software is free and open source, all that was wanted was a hardware device to play it without needing a computer. In steps Dimehead, the first to market and they did a fantastic job. They put every feature they could imagine into this, along with running multiple profiles at once. Only thing not included was a power supply. I guess them being from Europe, maybe they didn't want to stock all the different types of international jacks so left that up to the buyer to source?
They are from Europe so sadly tariffs have made the cost to import these skyrocket. You can still get them, but will now run around $700. I'm only selling as I also have an Axe Fx and found I still prefer the modeling approach over profiling. Both are great and have their differences, maybe I'm just more familiar with modeling after a few decades with them. This has had very little use and was sitting on my desk from day 1, has never had a dirty foot step on it, or placed on a dirty floor.
Anyways, so they are about $700 new, shipped from Europe. I'm asking $500.
