POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to prepare and operate the compression equipment according to specifications listed in the batch record.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following):
• The Compression Operator is responsible for working safely, following company policy, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• The Compression Operator will ensure that he/she works efficiently to minimize overtime while following established priorities within the direction received from management.
• The Compression Operator must follow formulation instructions as defined by batch records as well as any rework instructions from R&D.
• The Compression Operator is responsible for accurately completing any pertinent information needed on cleaning log and/or batch records.
• The Compression Operator will also be responsible to make sure that the department is kept in an organized, clean manner.
• Safely operating a forklift and/or stand-up lift truck.
• May be assigned other tasks by supervisor or management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• This includes but not limited to following safety, quality, Standard Operating Procedures, cGMP requirements and work instructions within the department.
• Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) desired.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum 3 years of compression experience is preferred.

Coating Operator – 2nd Shift

POSITION SUMMARY
Coating Operator I role is to perform functions relating to the processing of nutraceuticals products, ensuring product compliance to established current Good Manufacturing Practices. Follows the procedures for manufacturing such as weighing, dispensing, mixing, and film coating. Meets the requirements for use of manufacturing equipment and other commonly used equipment per Work Instructions and Standard Operation Procedures. Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of job duties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following):
• Operate and clean all coating and solution preparation equipment used in the film coating operation.
• Set up coating equipment and calibrate spray guns.
• Loading/unloading components from the coating machine to maintain production flow.
• Executes machine change-over from batch to batch.
• Executes written Work Instructions and Standard Operations Procedures to ensure the purity of materials involved in the manufacturing process.
• Attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with all Company policies, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Work Instructions and Standard Operations Procedures.
• Verifies the manufacturing process on Batch Production Records in an accurate and timely manner.
• Follows all safety and compliance procedures and participates in required training.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to read and interpret document such as Safety Rules, Work Orders and Work Instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Bilingual (Spanish) required.
• Previous forklift operation experience preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent at minimum, with 3-5 years’ related experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP.
Preferred experience: operations work in any industry, machinery operation, shift work, experience working with quality issues or productivity, basic mathematical & writing aptitude.

Compounding Operator – 2nd Shift

We’re seeking a Compounding Operators on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in pharmaceutical compounding and a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities:
Follow formulation instructions as defined by batch records and R&D direction
Operate safely while adhering to company policies and GMP standards
Accurately complete cleaning logs, job logs, and batch record documentation
Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant work environment
Support efficient workflow to minimize downtime and meet production schedules
Qualifications:
Previous pharmaceutical or manufacturing compounding experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
